Hi, I’m Monique
I’m the founder of Cosy Paws Retreat — a mum of one, and a very proud dog mum to my own fur baby, Evie. I know just how much our pets mean to us. They’re family.
This service comes from real life, not a business idea. I’ve juggled work, family and the responsibility of a dog. I’ve felt that guilt of leaving her at home longer than I’d like, and the worry that goes with it. I’ve relied on dog walkers myself, so I know exactly how important it is to find someone you can genuinely trust.
That’s why Cosy Paws exists. Calm, structured, attentive walks — tailored to each dog, with the kind of reliability and care I always wanted for Evie. I’m fully insured and trained in animal first aid, and I offer real flexibility for shift workers and busy households, because not everyone fits a 9-to-5 routine.
For me this is more than a job. It’s something I take genuine pride in — every dog gets the same patience and attention I give my own.
